I just finished a couple of brief tutorials exploring the potential of online video layering service MoocNote. This free service allows the addition of comments, questions, and external links to existing online video. The service allows the annotated videos to be organized for viewing by designated groups and is perfectly suited for designing instructional content for students of any age.
